£69 million stars want to seal deadline move to Spurs

The signing of Xavi Simons marks a nearly month-long pursuit of Totterham Hotspur to find their James Maddison substitute.
In the mid-World Cup year, it will be an important sport for the British, who were especially excluded from England at the European Championships.
Maddison is even more sad and will miss most of the 2025/26 sports due to an ACL injury.
Eberechi Eze and Morgan Gibbs-White were the main targets, but the former joined Arsenal, while the latter was awarded a shiny new contract by Mr Marinakis at Nottingham Forest.
So Simmons ended up being a man, and the Spurs wrote the signature after agreeing to pay RB Leipzig £51 million to get his signature.
However, the lily will probably not do it there.
The Spurs can get the last deal
If the Spurs are about to end any last-minute deals, then this is likely to be attacked. Dominic Solanke had another injury problem, and Richarlison had his own setbacks throughout the capital.
So, in terms of Thomas Frank and Co-ops, a campaign without another striker signed by another striker may be the secret to disaster.
Many players have been associated with Lucas Paqueta and Ademola Lookman in recent days, but it is even more likely to join by Manchester City winger Savinho.
Many reports a few weeks ago indicated that the Spurs were negotiating the signing of the Brazilian winger, and in fact, the Lilywhites are still working to reach a deal worth about £69 million.
City are reluctant to sell, but the 21-year-old is frustrated by trying to pass the club’s stance for the remaining hours of the transfer window.
Now, according to journalist Graeme Bailey, both players and clubs are trying to reach a deal.
Bailey pointed out that the Spurs “loved” Savigno, suggesting that the deal “has not yet died in the water.” This is probably due to the players’ position.
Indeed, the report further points out that the Brazilian “hungry for a conversion” and he wants to leave behind a factor that can “but can make a deal possible”.
Why Xavi Simons loves playing with Savinho
Simmons’s increase over the past few days is undoubtedly a landmark for Lily White.
He will bring goals, score 11 last season, and he will bring assists, earning eight assists in all games in 2024/25.

The Dutchman is undoubtedly one of the best organizers of European football matches and at the age of 22 he will only get better.
Combine his entertainment abilities with Savigno’s creativity and you have a duel threat that can change Frank’s attack.
Although the Spurs didn’t struggle for Burnley and Manchester City chances, they scored five goals, but they did play against Bournemouth on Saturday. The Spurs only shot five shots on Andoni Iraola’s 20 goals and they failed to get a big chance.
So Simons and Savinho can work together to lift the frontline. After all, they are two of the most creative players in Europe.
Last season, the Brazilian struggled against goals with just three hits, but he was particularly creative.
In the words of Paul Merson, the 21-year-old has contributed 13 assists in all games. As a result, he is in the top 13% of the top five players in Europe’s top five leagues, assisting every 90 minutes.
He also accounts for the best 3% of Progress Offense, while the highest 6% of the success charges, which is one of the most exciting range players on the mainland.
The numbers are similar to those of Bukayo Saka and Florian Wirtz, who FBREF announced that the two Premier League stars are the most similar players in Europe with Savigno.
This creative and progressive nature will make him an amazing player for Simons, a player with very similar traits.
Indeed, the former Leipzig man has been at the top of the progressive passes over the past year. With a willing runner Savinho and a willing creator Simons, it feels like a game made for the Spurs in heaven.
This will open up multiple attack areas. Simons would feed at the excellent pace of Brennan Johnson, and then he also had the more skilled nature of Kudus and Savinho.
If this happens, Frank does feel like Frank will cover all the basis behind the main center.
