According to Bovada, the Toronto Raptors are a favorite of Memphis Grizzlies star guard Ja Morant. The two-time All-Star Game will enter the third season of a five-year ($17.23 million) contract in 2025-26. Morant turned 26 on August 26 and will make $39.44 million next season.
Raptors can offer multiple first-round picks to Ja Morant
Per Per Bovada, the Raptors won Morant’s best odds (+400) from Memphis this summer, followed by the Sacramento Kings (+500), the Brooklyn Nets (+700), the Miami Heat (+800) and other teams.
Morant is perfect for Toronto as the team is looking for a shooting creator to assist Brandon Ingram. However, Toronto entered the offseason and had limited flexibility beyond first-round picks.
Including potential top ten draft picks, the Raptors exceeded taxes, while the first aprons were worth $1.3 million. It should be noted that this is just the third time Toronto has won a lottery pick since 2016.

According to ESPN’s Bobby Marks, the Raptor can use up to $5.6 million of non-tax intermediate and minimum senior exceptions. They also have annual exceptions, but this will fix in the first apron. They will also have a second round pick.

The Nets have four first-round picks with $40 million in capacities

According to Basketball Reference, injuries and suspensions are limited to 120 games since the 2022 offseason signed a five-year, $170 million extension.
The Grizzlies have been on October 21 until October 21, plus two years ($61.7 million and $66.7 million) to the remaining three years of his contract. By 2029-30, the extension will make him in Memphis.
