Queen: Jacob Fearnley defeats Corentin Moutet

Britain’s Jacob Fearnley showed off Corentin Moutet in the French qualifiers at Queen’s and reached the first ATP Tour quarterfinals.
Edinburgh-born Fearnley beaten 6-3 2-6 6-2 at Andy Murray Arena, holding a meeting with Czech Jiri Lehecka in the last eight games.
The game looks set to get rid of Fearnley after Moutet dominates. The world fourth-ranked Taylor Fritz was shocked in the first round – swept the second set.
But, as the fiery Fiery Moutet lost his cool (not the first time), Fearnley dug out an impressive third set show and knocked the ball into the stands after being broken by the 23-year-old.
Supported by the crowd at the home vocals, Fearnley increased the aggressiveness in the courtroom to achieve a good victory.
