Hearing everyone in Los Angeles – from Ty Lue to Kawhi Leonard to James Harden – Talking about Jeff van Gundy's influence makes it hard for Jeff Van Gundy to believe he won't be working in HC this spring. JVG is one of the greatest defensive forces of this generation. – 2:26 am

I do think Draymond should have a second DPOY, I just don't think it's a year. IMO He should beat Kawhi in 2016, basically he won the award in 2022 before getting injured. If he wins this year, it will be a bit of life-long achievement for me. – 6:54 pm

It seemed like the end of the story when Paul George left as a free agent last summer. However, Leonard's video released on December 27 provides a brand new narrative. People may not be ready to hear that at the time, or frankly, even now, the Clippers and their fans may have a complete embrace. “I keep coming back,” Leonard said in the video. -VIA ESPN / April 24, 2025

This is simple news, but it contains a lot. This is Leonard's teammate James Harden hopes he starts to gain more credibility. “He likes basketball,” Harden said. Harden explained that if he didn't, he wouldn't be able to spend endless hours, or recover, strengthen and condition, necessary for the type of injury he's suffered over the years. “I feel like something that everyone in that league can't control, it's always negative,” Harden said. “I think it's something we have to live with. But as for me, I'm close to him every day and you'll thank him when I see the work he puts in.” -VIA ESPN / April 24, 2025

The Mavericks' season is far from reaching their goal, and Thompson declined to answer directly, whether he would make a different decision in free agency when asked if he knew what would happen. “Don't do this to me. Don't do this to me. Don't do that.” Thompson turned his head, shook his head, and laughed in pain. “It's a ridiculous question. I don't own a time machine and I don't believe in going back and looking back. If I did my whole career, I wouldn't be where I am and I wouldn't be able to persevere through two very serious injuries. -VIA ESPN / April 19, 2025

Klay Thompson scored 16 of 23 points in Dallas' dominant second quarter to redeem his fool, helping the Mavericks advance in the game by defeating the Sacramento Kings 120-106 on Wednesday night. Thompson missed his last game in Sacramento, with Thompson missing all 10 goals in the final game, and Thompson won the victory with a 4-point three in the second quarter with 4-pointers in Dallas. This turned the game into a laugh and kept the Mavericks' chaotic season at least one game. Dallas advanced to the Memphis Grizzlies Friday night, having a chance to make the playoffs and become the eighth seed in the Western Conference. The winner of the game will kick off the playoffs on Sunday in the Oklahoma City Thunder’s playoffs. -VIA ESPN / April 17, 2025

“My season alone…I’ll give it a B,” Thompson told reporters after practicing Monday. “I thought I had a nice shot from the 3-pointer. I'm really happy to be in 72 games and being consistent in the roster. This is something I can really put on a hat.” -VIA Clutch Point/April 14, 2025

Jorge Sierra: Nikola Vucevic scored yesterday by NBA75 James. He is now in history No. 114. Also: Devin Booker (28) leads No. 137 at Lou Williams, Terry Porter, Walt Frazier, Artis Gilmore and Rashard Lewis. -Via Bluesky / February 1, 2025
