Fever teammates cause a fight and pop up to defend Caitlin Clark

We still see ripples throughout the sports world after Sophie Cunningham defends teammate Caitlin Clark constantly being defended by rivals. The fever defender was eventually popped up after fighting against Suns rivals Tuesday night.

The truth is, Clark can’t breathe. Later in the third quarter, she poked and was knocked down by a Connecticut rival. The following quarter, Cunningham stepped up his efforts to bring opponent Jacy Sheldon to the ground in response to their active defense.

After that, all hell was loose and officials could not properly control the situation. That’s why fever coach Stephanie White’s performance against the referee made her unhappy. “Everyone is getting better and better except for the officials,” she said in a post-match rant.

The Indiana tactician is convinced that WNBA officials are not protecting her star. “I think it’s obvious that when officials can’t control the ball, when officials allow these things to happen, things are brewing,” White said. “It’s happening all season.”

Then, she added: “When you allow them to play with their bodies and allow these things to happen, they compete,” White continued. They will have the support of their teammates. This is exactly what you expect from fierce competition. I started talking to officials in the first quarter and we knew it would happen. ”

Even the personalities of other sports are blending in conversation as tennis legend Chris Evert is dedicated to the lack of sportsmanship among WNBA players after Tuesday night’s brawl. The 70-year-old said it was obvious how Caitlyn was abused on the court.

“When will these ladies realize that accepting and appreciating @caitlinclark22 is the best thing women’s basketball has ever had. It’s a bad look for the sport, what’s going on with sportsmanship?” Evert posted on X.
