Zach Edey Traffic Stop Video Shows Police Scolding Grizzly Star

Memphis Grizzlies star center Zach Edey got a breath from police after he was eliminated after being knocked out earlier this year as newly released police agency cam video shows an officer accusing the 23-year-old official of allegedly driving more than 100 mph on the road.

According to the TMZ Sports, the traffic parking lot will be held Thursday, May 1 in Tipicano County, Indiana. Indiana State Police crossed Edey after catching him at 101 mph in a 2023 Kia Sorento.
The officer’s body footage showed the police immediately punishing the big man who was 7-foot-4.
“You know exactly why I pulled you over.” “You’re going to 101!”
Edey, the 9th place in the 2024 NBA Draft, tried to tell police that he only speeded up the car in front of him, but the official was not interested in listening to any excuses.

“No,” she said sternly. “You won’t pass at 100! The road is 55. Your speed is almost twice the speed limit!”
Eddie said he was heading to Purdue University, an alma mater in West Lafayette, to his alma mater. He eventually handed over his license and registration, but the police continued to criticize him a few minutes later.
She sent a quote of speed to the Toronto native and a subpoena of reckless driving, and told him that the tickets were “absolutely” fair.
“You can pass someone at 80,” she said. “80? OK. 100?! 100 is not right. Is there.”
Eddie was then allowed to leave.
Eddie agrees to pay a $639.50 fine
Last month, Eddie pleaded guilty to speeding violations and agreed to pay $639.50 in exchange for officials abandoning the misdemeanor reckless driving charge he faced.
The incident happened a few days after the Grizzlies’ season ended. In the first round of the playoffs, Memphis lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder in five games.
