Winemakers’ Note: Misiorowski, Megill, Quintana

The winemakers need a loss to beat the Reds or the Phillies on the twins to secure the No. 1 seed in the National League. While this weekend isn’t a meaningless series for brewers, they focus more on the plans for the zoning series starting eight days from now.
This includes use Jacob Mosrowski Outside the bullpen, prepare for his playoff work. The 23-year-old will make his first career relief appearance behind Lefty Robert Gasser Tomorrow (linked via Adam McCalvy from MLB.com). Gasser continued to regress from last year’s elbow surgery, which could be limited to 3-4 innings. Misiorowski should play multiple innings on the ‘pen.
The rookie right was so electric in his first few games that he was named Game 5 of All-Star Game of his career. His average running volume in the second half was 5.45. Misiorowski has surpassed only 5 innings in the last 9 times. He has almost no roster experience twice. Milwaukee would rather let him out of the shorter game with high leverage in October.
Milwaukee’s bullpen should get another major boost this weekend. near Trevor Megill Curt Hogg of Milwaukee journal Senenel reported that he is expected to return from Sunday’s 15-day injury list. Regardless of the score, the winemakers may have brought him into that game to ensure he gets on the mound before the playoffs begin. Megill, who has 30 saves of 2.54 ERA, missed out on his forearm strain in the past month. Since then, Captain Pat Murphy has used the committee’s method in the ninth innings. Abner Uribe,,,,, Jared Koenig and Aaron Ashby Each record is saved in Megill’s absence.
Jose Quintana There won’t be any pitch this weekend, but it seems to be trending towards the return of the divisional series. The veteran starter threw three innings during a live batting practice this afternoon (via MLB.com damage tracker). Quintana has been falling since mid-September and her left leg is tense.
If he is healthy, Quintana can line up to start NLD’s Game 3. Milwaukee will likely follow Freddy Peralta and Quinn Priester In the first two games. Brandon Woodruff The department series has not been formally ruled out, but this requires him to return from LAT pressure after the smallest mission. If Woodruff can’t get back to its original state, Quintana and the rookie are right Chad Patrick Probably the choice to win the ball in the third game. Murphy won’t wait long before entering that deep bullpen.
