William Nylander’s skateboard missing maple leaf – Hockey writer – Toronto maple leaf

The Toronto Maple Leafs competed in the Montreal Canadiens in their third preseason game on Thursday. While those who played at night were on the ice, the non-match squad practiced in the afternoon, and their party was a noticeable absence – William Nylander.
Nylander joins the Maple Leafs roster, who have missed some time in training camps including Nicolas Roy, Max Domi and Simon Benoit. Despite no specific updates for Neyland’s absence, head coach Craig Berube once had a storm – pointing out that it was just a maintenance-type break for Star Forward.
“Just maintenance,” Beruber said. “Campground stuff. A little bumped, but he’s fine.”
Nylander has been practicing and competing with him at the usual center of John Tavares so far. His other winger may still be in the air so far, but Bobby McMann has a reason to play side by side with both in his second game of the season.
As for Nelander, don’t expect him to miss a lot of time. Each of the first four seasons played over 80 games each. Due to Mitch Marner’s loss, he will be the main production of the Maple Leafs this season.
Nylander’s return has no timetable, although he seems to be everyday. As for other injured Maple Leaf players, Domi and Roy both returned to skating, Benoit is still the only player who has not skated with the team.

That said, his return to the roster seems likely to be before the regular season hockey drops, when the Maple Leafs started a year against the Canadians on October 8.
