The Red Sox announced some minor injuries-related deals today, involving three right-handed rescuers. Nick BurdiHe had recovered his pace at the 60-day Illinois State University and was selected as Triple-A Worcester. To make room in a 40-man lineup, Luis GuerreroHe was transferred to 60-day IL during an elbow sprain at 15 days. also, Zach Kelly (tilted strain) has recovered from IL for 15 days.
