White Socks Promote Edgar Quero

White Sox intends to promote capture prospects Edgar QueroFrancys Romero reported. He is expected to join the finale of the series against A tomorrow afternoon. This will be the 22-year-old's first major league call.
Quero is a Cuban native who signed with Angels in February 2021. He reached a double A at the age of 20, sending him to the White Sox and left in the Halo Kenbush for Lucas Giolito and Reynaldo López At the 2023 deadline. The Angels regretted that they pushed the effort quickly since then as they stood out firmly and released Giolito and López a month later to lower their salaries.
It was a good reward for the White Sox. Quero has ranked in the second half of the top 100 US prospects over the past three years. The BA ranked him sixth in the Chicago Farm System this winter. It was followed by the .280/.366/.463 diagonal line, with 16 home runs between the first two minor league levels. He kept his strikeout rate around 17%, while painting with a steady 9.7% cut.
The assessor's credit line is solid (except for the catcher's expected below average speed). He's more of a Bat-leading player, and he's especially raving about his advanced hot tools. The BA wrote that his arms were average and continued to improve his receiving skills, so there wasn't much doubt that he could stay behind the plate.
Quero appears to be the future catcher of Chicago when it comes to Giolito. This is no longer given, although for reasons beyond control. White socks are built Garrett Crochet Trade around the previous first-round draft pick Kyle Teel. Teel is often seen as a superior prospect, though the Quero, who first got the Major League call.
The two highly respected young catchers separated their game time in Triple-A Charlotte. Quero started the season better. He hit .333/.444/.412, making 11 walks and 14 strikeouts in 63 sets. Teel revelled 19 times and hit .192 with a similar match time.
And more.
