Several clubs are interested in securing his signature and Manchester City will ask him for £35 million. According to the Telegraph, Nottingham Forest and West Ham United are interested in signing Premier League players. McAtee is also associated with Crystal Palace.

Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt, on the other hand, are also keen on captains under 21 years old. It will be fun to see if players travel to the Bundesliga this summer. He will also have a chance in the Premier League.

James McCart needs game time

He needs to join a club that plays regularly. Regular football at competitive levels is crucial to his development. Leaving Manchester City is ideal for him. At this stage of his career, he needs to play more frequently and Manchester City will not be able to provide him with this opportunity. He showed his ability in the Premier League during his cameo, and this summer he won outstanding abilities in the European Championships under 21.

He has tools to develop into a top player in the future.

West Ham can use more creativity in the last third, and the 22-year-old will be their long-term acquisition. He is able to run in central and sideways. He will help create opportunities for teammates and find the back of the net. With the right guidance, he can develop into a key player for West Ham.

Likewise, the move to the German League will make him tempting. He will see multiple British players developing in Germany in recent seasons, and it remains to be seen his decision.
