Watch: The Knicks show hustle and bustle, heart against 6 vs. heart. Pacers – Basketball Insider

The New York Knicks showed a lot of noise in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals, beating the Indiana Pacers 111-94.

Jalen Brunson started the race like a house, and the whole process couldn’t be stopped. He finished the game with 32 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists, shooting 18-18 from the field.

Karl-Anthony Towns performed a brave performance to deal with a left knee contusion. No one on the pacemaker can deal with him 1-on-1 as he scored 24 points, 13 rebounds, 3 assists and steals.

New York uses the size of Mikal Bridge and OG Anunoby to stop Tyreth Halliburton. The Pacers All-Stars are limited to seven shots, only two. It’s a far cry from his historic triple-double performance in Game 5.

Indiana cannot match the intensity of New York and will now have to reorganize at home. Pascal Siakam is said to be the only Pacers starter to score double numbers, and he can only get 15.

Now, the Pacers will know that they don’t want to go back to New York for Game 7. The Knicks have a new life, and it’s the ingredient needed for the playoff classic.

Game 6 will be on Saturday.

How will the Pacers adapt to the changes in the Knicks?

Putting greater scale and pressure on Haliburton is a big adjustment to New York, and it works wonders. He is the head of the Pacer’s Snake, and the ineffective influence is always crucial to winning.

Even if Halliburton is under pressure, Indiana needs to find a way to decide the pace of the game. Andrew Nembhard is largely ineffective and he will need to argue more about himself. Myles Turner also made only two attempts.

Another big problem for the Walkers will be Aaron Nesmith’s drama. Despite the admirable battles on the defensive end, hesitation is evident in the offense. He won’t reveal exactly how well the correct ankle injury disturbed him, but he only had three in this game. Several of them look very open and he seems to have spent more time than necessary.

He played for only 16 minutes in this game.
