Warriors' Jimmy Butler will return to Game 4 against the Rockets – Basketball Insider

Golden State Warriors forward Jimmy Butler will return to Game 4 against the Houston Rockets from a pelvic contusion. ESPN's Shams Charania first reported.

Butler was in a strait in Game 2 when he tried to regain the rebound in the first quarter and missed Game 3 as a result.

Anyway, the Warriors went on to win Game 3 on a great performance from Steph Curry. He finished the game with 36 points, nine assists and seven rebounds with a 104-93 win.

Golden State is now leading 2-1 and is looking to maintain its home advantage with another win Monday night.

Butler returns due to work 24/7

The second game was Wednesday night, giving Butler four days off.

He is said to be treated throughout the day to treat his pelvic and deep gluteal contusions. In addition to physical work, Butler is said to have also done some on-field work. He also participated in a light drill for the team's shooting.

This version of Butler paid everything he had on the court, with the one who seemed to do everything he could to stay away from it in Miami before the trade deadline.

Still a chance for the Rockets

Butler's timely reward means the Rockets missed an opportunity to get a big chance in his absence. That doesn't mean they still don't have one.

While Butler is back, he is expected to be well below 100% and whether he will be subject to any kind of restrictions. The reduction in the version of “Jimmy's playoffs” is still a situation where the Rockets can exploit.

Houston was unable to reduce 3-1 in the series, so the game became crucial. Offense has been a problem and it’s interesting whether head coach Ime Udoka has any tricks.

After comfortably winning the second game, the momentum seemed to be on the side of the Rockets, butler fell. Now, regaining the home advantage with a 4th win will only keep them fighting.
