Video: Steph Curry defends Ayesha after Killer Mike comments – Basketball insider

tiktok video spark debate

Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry is known for his calm manners, but he made headlines this week by clapping his hands at rapper Killer Mike and making noises at his wife Ayesha Curry. The incident began when Bookie Woodz criticized Ayesha, claiming that her attention to men expressed insecurity, which made her husband “embarrassed”. Woodz compared her to rapper Glorilla, which showed she wanted verification outside.

Killer Mike answered three laugh emojis in the comments section, writing: “My n-say she wants to go glo glo! [for real]. God bless him. ”

Curry has been married to Ayesha since 2011 and has remained silent after seeing the position. In shared screenshots Shadow RoomCurry spoke directly to Bookie Woodz and Killer Mike.

“ @killermike naaaaa is not you Mike,” Curry wrote. “I’m cool [staying] Silence, let other clowns have [their] moment! It’s the worst of them,” he tagged Woodz. “But you’re better than that @killermike. Stay in your driveway and let God bless me like Him. We’re very good here. ”

The point guard ended his response with a peace signal emoji, which clearly shows that he wanted to end the discussion.

Long-standing partnerships

Steph’s relationship with Ayesha Curry has been a stable part of his public image. The two met when they were teenagers, began dating in 2008, and got married three years later. Together they raised four children: daughters Riley and Ryan, and sons Canon and Keus.

Ayesha has been a highly-watched person for over a decade, building her own brand in food, lifestyle and media. Despite occasional criticism of social platforms, the couple is known for their most obvious and stable partnerships in the NBA.

Protect the family image

Curry’s decision reflects his desire to protect his family’s image. Although the social media debate surrounding Ayesha once surfaced, it marked several times in which Curry himself spoke publicly. His message was especially disappointed with killer Mike, which showed that he expected more from someone with his figure.
