Use this simple hack to hit the ball

Recently, senior open champion Padraig Harrington, crowned, launched the drill he used to perfect swing control.
The 53-year-old became the fifth player to win the Open and scored a precise battle at Sunningdale’s senior Open with a 16-shot victory.
For most amateur golfers to develop in the sport, willful fluctuations and loss of direction control are common experiences for them. Opening the shoulders will cause the golf ball to be pulled, and a smooth swing is necessary to get more precision through a stroke.
Training properly and more importantly, a consistent golf swing path will improve accuracy and reduce unnecessary left or right ball flights on the golf course.
Being able to start the ball online is a great place for amateurs as you will provide yourself with more opportunities and space to make your swing more aggressive.
Harrington’s tennis drill will help train proper swing paths and enhance hand-eye coordination, which is essential to minimize errors.
The drill is accessible and originally consisted of golf coach Pete Cowan – you only need a wall and tennis.
How to execute a Padraig Harrington approved tennis drill
To perform the drill, you need to enter a golf pose, as if ready to get a stroke on a route about two meters from the wall.
Tilting the hips with slightly bent hips and lower body muscles will provide the basis for peak motion output.
Tennis will then come with leading hand support, simulated golf clubs.
Now that the setup is complete, you will return to the back row and throw your arm down to release the ball with the influence of the golf ball.
The purpose is to make sure the tennis ball bounces on the ground once before hitting the wall directly in front.
If the swing path and release point are straight, the ball will bounce once and then bounce directly.
However, if the swing path is too open, closed or early or late, the ball will be wide, missing the “dessert” in the center of the wall.
The timing of release is everything; it determines when the club head will encounter the ball, thus determining the effective ability of the energy.
Early or late releases in the exercise reflect weak hits and slices or hooks on the golf course.
Effective body rotation is the engine that guides the golf swing, ensuring that hands and arms are synchronized, and allowing the club to power.
Like all sports, progress requires practice, which will build feelings, consistency and meaningful results on the golf course.
This exercise provides instant feedback; if the ball is not sent straight, you will know that your release or swing is off.
