US Open: What is the prize?

The winners of the men’s and women’s singles in the U.S. Open will receive a £3.74 million ($5 million) in the New York 2025 Championship.
The prize pot has increased by 39% since 2024, when Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka won £2.84 million ($3.6 million) respectively to win.
The US Open has the largest total prize money, with any Grand Slam offering, shared between men’s, women’s, doubles and wheelchair competitors £67.3 million ($90 million).
Other Grand Slams in 2025 awarded £53.5 million at Wimbledon, £47 million at the Australian Open and £49 million at the French Open.

Winner: £3.73 million
Runner-up: £1.87 million
Semi-finals: £943,000
Quarter Finals: £494,000
Round 4: £299,000
Round 3: £177,000
Round 2: £115,000
Round 1: £82,000
The 2025 U.S. Open began with the new independent doubles doubles champion, with Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori defeating Casper Ruud and Iga Swiatek in the final for £736,880 ($1 million).
The men’s and women’s doubles pair won nearly £750,000.
In wheelchair competitions, a total of £1.2 million will be shared.
