Should you hit the ball back faster and longer?

Founded by John Novosel Jr. and his father, Tour Tempo is a training platform that includes an app, a series of instructional books, and accumulation of inspiring data about swings. Their extensive research shows that the best golfers in the world are super speed, not super soft, especially at the back.
Research has proven that the ratio between the time you swing after you finish and the time you drop is smaller, which is what creates additional speed and power. But you can’t simply swing faster. The trick is to add force on the way back so that you can use it when you use it downwards.
Don’t believe it? Check out the speed facts below.
Speed fact number 1
Of the past 100 major winners, most have a higher defender to fall time ratio.
Speed fact 2
From takeaway to Impact, most of the winners of the last 100 majors took less than 1.2 seconds.
Speed fact 3
Of the past 100 majors, 75% of the winners completed the defender in .75 seconds or less.
Strength creates speed. And based on the numbers described above, you can appreciate the demand for speed in modern games. Unfortunately, force is invisible, but the necessity to create it in the swing is as important as ever. In addition to our research on Tour Tempo’s strength, we also rely on various studies in the Department of Applied Physics at Yale University, who said that the ability of golfers to achieve the required 3:1 guard to forward ratio depends on their putting more of their strength into the club’s handle, thus relying on their restarted club handle.
Of course, you have much greater power from top to impact creation (about twice as much), but you need the power from set to top to create it to make everything work. For entertainment golfers who want to increase speed, your guard must be dynamic, not just smooth sports.
The good news is that to hit longer shots, you don’t necessarily have to swing the club harder. By impact, the rear swing force will almost automatically increase, almost automatically making the rest of your swing faster, most notably where it occupies. On the following page, we will show you how to “use force” to add speed to a more powerful shot induce the defender. There is also an added bonus: taking these moves makes your swing on a better plane so you can not only play longer, but you can also hit it.
