The PNC Championship, featuring golf legends and their families, kicks off this weekend. But PNC isn’t the only offseason event on the calendar this week. On Wednesday, golf fans will witness the inaugural Optum Golf Channel tournament.
In the event, the world’s first Scotty Scheffler and the world’s second Rory McIlroy Two teams of four will be led in various skill competitions. These competitions include a timed service competition, a timed short game competition, a 14-club challenge, a team relay race, and finally a one-on-one skills competition between Scheffler and McIlroy.

McIlroy’s team will appear Sean Lowry, Luke Donald and Li Haotong. Joining Schaeffler’s team will be Keegan Bradley, Sam Burns and Luke Clanton.
The tournament will take place Wednesday night at Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Florida.
Golf Channel and USA will air the 2025 Optum Golf Channel Olympic Games telecast. Additional streaming coverage will be available on the NBC Sports app.
