Reath, 26, left LSU from Louisiana State University (LSU) in October 2023 and signed a contract with Portland. The 6-foot-10 center spent its final two seasons in a blazer.

If Hansen can earn a one-minute rookie under head coach Chauncey Billups, Rees will continue to play less roles in the rotation. If Robert Williams is healthy, his time may be limited.

On March 27, Portland scored a season-high 17 points on the game with 5-of-11 shots (45.5%) in the Sacramento Kings’ 128-107 road loss, while shooting from 3-pointers outside the season with a seventh-point (42.9%).

Earlier in the offseason, the Trail Blazers traded Anfernee Simons and two second-round picks to the Boston Celtics in exchange for veteran guard Jrue Holiday, who originally traded to Boston in October 2023.

According to Spotrac, Matisse Thybulle also exercised his $11.55 million contract option in the 2025-26 season, keeping him with Portland for at least one year.

Thybulle is limited to 15 games in 2024-25 due to injury. Before the regular season began, he underwent a procedure in October to address inflammation in his right knee.

In addition, Portland signed a one-year contract to sign free agent defender Blake Wesley. It is reported that the deal is a fully guaranteed one Sean Haijin Rose Garden Report.
