Trade Deadline: Baltimore Orioles

So far, MLBTR’s cut-off prospect series has focused on teams with clear buying and selling directions. The Orioles are definitely going towards the latter, but they can be said to be the first half-bubble team we are going to cover. Unless the July monster, they have no choice but to sell some short-term works. They have many players that will attract interest.

Record: 34-46 (playoff probability is 2.9%, per fan)

The coming free agent: Ryan O’Hearn,,,,, Cedric Mullins,,,,, Seranthony Domínguez,,,,, Gregory Soto,,,,, Charlie Morton,,,,, Zach Eflin,,,,, Tomoyuki Sugano,,,,, Gary Sánchez

Baltimore has eight upcoming free agents, seven of which have some degree of trade value. O’Hearn fell this month, but still has a strong .301/.384/.485 line. It was his third straight above average season and his salary was affordable. Sailors, giants, reds, rangers and royals all may make sense. Mullins has a monster in April, but has not hit the ground in the last two months. Despite this, he is still next to him Louis Robert As the most obvious trade candidate. The Metropolis, Phillies, Guardians, Royals, Padres and the Braves are all available to use midfielder or teams that can target Mullins to play him in the corner.
