Tottenham Hotspur is signing a permanent Mathys Tel deal with Bayern Munich.
The 20-year-old played at the London club in the second half of last season, with Tottenham having the option to sign him permanently. However, they are reluctant to pay their initial asking price, so they want to renegotiate for French attackers in a more reasonable way.
The players are also linked to Chelsea.

Totterham is now about to sign him permanently for a €35 million fee, according to Christian Falk of CF Bayern insider. Despite his inconsistency, the 20-year-old is still very talented and can become a quality player for Tottenham Hotspur under proper guidance.
He has no future in a German club, and permanentity will be ideal for him. He will hope to organize his future and focus on his football. Tottenham Hotspur can provide him with the platform he needs.

They need to go deeper in the offensive unit, and in the long run, signing up to a multifunctional attacker should prove to be a wise decision.
He has the ability to operate anywhere in the top three and he will seek to increase his goals and creativity on the side. He will gain valuable experience in Premier League football over the past few months and he will hope to succeed in the Premier League next year. Whether he can establish himself as a key player in the club remains to be seen.
Meanwhile, the German champions will hope to invest profits from the starting point of leaving him to improve their roster. If they want to do well in the Champions League, they need to add more quality and depth on the side.
