Titans QB Will Levis Will Miss the Whole 2025 Season due to Shoulder Surgery

The Titans chose the Cam Ward in Miami for their first draft at the 2025 NFL Draft. Just two seasons ago, Tennessee used a second round pick to choose Will Levis to come out of Kentucky.
It is reported that this offseason will be held in a QB battle between Ward and Levitra. However, Titans posted unfortunate news of the harm Monday morning. Third-grade major Will Levis is undergoing shoulder surgery at the end of the season. Cam Ward is now sitting in the driver’s seat, becoming Tennessee’s 2025 QB.
Will the Titans add more QB depth in the offseason after Will Levis News?
Titans QB Will Levis will undergo an end-of-season surgery in a right shoulder injury that he suffered early last year before further exacerbating later this season. Levitra could not shake the discomfort, his shoulders still bothered him.

This is Will Levis’ second straight season missing time due to the Titans’ injury. In 2024, he missed three games due to an exchange joint injury. After last season, Levis hopes rest and recovery will cure his lingering shoulder injury. During the team’s mini camp, Levith began to feel uncomfortable. He began seeking medical advice, which led to a decision to undergo end-of-season shoulder surgery.
NFL insiders report that Levitra will conduct the process on July 29. Will Levis was 2-10 in 12 games last season with the Titans. He threw 2,091 yards, 13 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Levis has started all 21 games he played for Tennessee. He started nine games in 2023 after he started becoming the third-string QB in 2023.
With Will Levis playing this year, Cam Ward, now ranked No. 1 overall, is now expected to be the Titans starting quarterback, although the team hasn’t named him yet.

With Levis’s news throughout the 2025 season, the Titans will turn their attention to QB Cam Ward completely. NFL insiders said the team will have two QBs fighting the starting position during training camp and preseason. Ward is likely to be just because the team uses the first overall draft pick to draft him. QB is almost never selected as #1 and will not start immediately.
The most recent example is Jared Goff’s rookie season with the Rams. Behind the QB cam Ward on the Titans roster, the team has Brandon Allen and Tim Boyle. Allen was with the 49ers in 2024 and started a game. He was the sixth round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. Allen played for the Broncos, Bengals and the 49ers. Tim Boyle is an undrafted QB who has played for six teams in six seasons. Tennessee will throw rookie QB cam ward into the fire at the start of the 2025 season, when the Titans were on their way to Denver.
