Thunder’s Nicholas theme is 4-6 weeks after testicular procedure

The Oklahoma City Thunder’s Nikola theme will be reassessed within four to six weeks after the testicle procedure, the team announced.
In the 2024 NBA Draft, the theme missed all of last season after tearing apart in the ACL.
After winning the FIBA Under 18 European Championship and winning the MVP, the theme has been the highly anticipated talent in the league. The 20-year-old is a 6-foot-6 defender with a great court vision.
He has run for the Thunder in the past summer leagues, averaging 10.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists in six games. He really has a hard time shooting, which makes him scored 33.3% of his shots, including 20.8% of his 3-pointers.
The theme did not make the final cut of Serbia’s 2025 European basket list.
The Thunder will stand out in their home game against the Houston Rockets on October 21.
Theme damage increases the troubles on the Thunder’s bench
Oklahoma City’s rotational backend has been beaten up in the past month. Rookie Center Thomas Sorber tore his ACL in his right knee and underwent surgery on September 16. Veteran forward Kenrich Williams had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee on September 29 and at least six to eight weeks.
Amid some good news, Ajay Mitchell continued to make the right decision last year due to a turf toe breaking the season. He looks great in Las Vegas and becomes the second team in the summer league.
These are not the main issues for the Thunder in the early days. Championship rotations still exist, there isn’t much need to be addressed there.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the starting point guard behind Cason Wallace and Mitchell.
Nevertheless, especially with young players like themes and wizards, the precious time to grow and develop is lost.
