Rangers target medical treatment before signing this week

The Glasgow Rangers have used the loan market in recent seasons to achieve a huge impact with talent they would otherwise not be able to afford to strengthen their team.
Malik Tillman from Bayern Munich. Vaclav Cerny from Wolfsburg. Abdallah Sima from Brighton and Hove Albion. These are recent examples of exciting forwards who have flourished in Ibrox after borrowing.
However, not all talented lenders have been successful in Glasgow as Manchester United lender Amad Diallo failed to make a big stride with the Wanderer.
The current Red Devils star, who was on loan at Ibrox in the second half of the 2021/22 campaign, offered only three goals and zero assists in ten matches in the Scottish Premiers, about the same as his 11 goals and eight assists for United last season.
Ranger arranges medical treatment to signature teenager star
Rangers and Russell Martin may now have to be cautious about their goals in the latest report as they hope to introduce another teenage lender from the Premier League.
According to journalist Paul Gilmour, the Wanderers have scheduled medical treatment for Tottenham Hotspur winger Mikey Moore later this week, if everything is planned.
GERS is reaching a seasonal loan agreement for the U19 England star, which Gilmour describes as a “mutual benefit” agreement for all parties involved.
He added that Birmingham, Charlton, West Brom and Coventry are also among the teams interested in signing a deal for the 17-year-old striker, suggesting that the Rangers have beaten a lot of competition to reach a deal with the Spurs.
Why Mikey Moore may be Amad Diallo duplicate
Like Amad, there is no doubt that Moore is a young talent who has great potential to become stars in the future, as he has already made first-team breakthroughs with the Spurs at the age of 17, with 21 games.
However, this transfer to Ibrox will be the first experience of Dynamo England’s regular senior football and does not tell him how he will adapt to this, as it is difficult for young people to make the transition in the first place.
That’s the case for Amad, who played in just 14 first team games before lending to the Rangers, and then managed only 3 goals and zero assists in 13 games.
Analyst Ben Mattinson claims Moore has “the potential of a superstar” as Amad is now Manchester United in the Premier League, but he realizes that the potential on the Scottish court is up to him.

As you can see in the table above, if he can translate his youth form to advanced level, the English striker will get all the tools to succeed as he regularly scores goals for clubs and countries of all ages.
However, Moore scored only one goal for Tottenham’s first team, which, as shown above, means whether he can have an immediate impact on the Rangers remains to be seen.
Ultimately, it was an exciting move for the Gers, but it was also a gamble as the potential he followed in Amad Diallo in the footsteps of Ibrox is a very talented player who has taken the loan as an initial struggle before thriving in England in the future.
