NHL Rumors: Crosby Trade, Leafs & Dube, Blackhawks and Oiler PTO – Hockey Writer – NHL Rumors

Matt Grzelyck is reportedly signing a PTO with the Chicago Blackhawks in amid today’s NHL rumor. Meanwhile, an insider suggested that Dillon Dube might be on the radar of Toronto’s Maple Leaf. Klim Kostin may not be joining the Edmonton Oilers PTO, and Sidney Crosby shoots or teases him about possibly getting ready to leave the Pittsburgh Penguins?
Grzelcyk to the Blackhawks
According to Elliotte Friedman, “Heard Matt Grzelcyk is signing a PTO with Chicago… It’s surprising that he’s still seen him in the market after a 40-point season.” The defenseman is about to play in his professional season, playing 82 games for the Pittsburgh Penguins. He ranked highest in his career with assists (39), points (40), and played on the ice with an average time (20:37).
For some reason, he couldn’t turn it into a contract with the NHL team.
Grzelcyk can bring some necessary experience to a very young group in Chicago. Meanwhile, the Blackhawks won’t expect to be contenders, and they’re ready for some young pieces to take the next step into the NHL. It will be interesting to see if Grzelcyk has a chance to earn a deal.
Does Dube have any meaning to maple leaves?
TSN’s Darren Dreger reported that Toronto Maple Leafs can take a look at the former Calgary Flame Dillon Dubé. Qualified on October 15, Dubé, 27, signed a contract and had worked for GM Brad Treliving in Calgary. Dreger wondered if there was a connection there, although the winger had only seven goals in his last 85 professional games.
Dreger admits that Dube’s entry into the Canadian big hockey market could have a difficult transition period after the Canadian hockey trial. There is also the fact that Leaf is already using surplus forwards and insiders, such as Elliotte Friedman, to suggest action in the next few weeks.
Crosby shoots him and leaves Penguin
Sidney Crosby has given fans the season ticket this week and commented on his agent’s speech and story, who may eventually be ready to leave the Penguin. He denied any truth about this speculation.

“There are a lot of narratives out there, and I think a lot of them come from me,” Crosby said. “This is where I want to be. I love it here. Because of these narratives, I don’t have to keep answering the same questions again, you know?” He added, “I think anyone who knows me knows what the city means to me, how special it is. I want these rumors or some of these things gently.”
He also said he had no intention of letting the team lose this season to accelerate the reconstruction process. That’s not his connection.
Klim Kostin does not join oil workers
According to senior Edmonton magazine reporter Jim Matheson, “At this point, there is no sign of any professional trials at the oiler camp, so there is no re-engagement with Klim Kostin.”
This will be sad news for some oilers and Costin fans. There is a lot of support online, providing Oilers with opportunities to be on PTO. Costin said he had to rejoin Edmonton when he spoke to Russia’s movement expression.
“In Edmonton, I want to die for the fans on the ice,” Costin said. “This is where I feel the most comfortable. Of course, it’s my dream.”
