Williamson then allegedly nailed her to the bed and sexually assaulted her. Afterwards, the lawsuit states that Williamson picked up the phone, threw it away…and then choked her and screamed “too much.” The woman accused Williamson of smelling alcohol throughout the encounter. A few days later, on October 10, 2020, the plaintiff accused Williamson of rape again after being angry because she wanted to leave him to visit a friend in San Diego. According to the lawsuit, Williamson picked up her cell phone and laptop after sexual assault…stopped her from getting medical services. “These two incidents are not isolated,” the lawsuit states.
