Stefanos Tsitsipas with coach Goran Ivanisevic parts, after the “short but strong” spell

“When we follow our separate ways now, I only respect Golan – not only because of what he has achieved in tennis, but because he is a man.”

Tsitsipas ranked third in the world, finishing second in Djokovic at the 2021 French Open and 2023 Australian Open.

He is currently ranked 29th in the rankings and has not surpassed the second round since last year’s French Open.

“I’ve talked to him a lot. If he had solved something outside of tennis, he would go back to where he belonged,” Ivansevic told Serbia to export Sportklub after the Wimbledon exit of Tsitsipas.

“I’ve never seen a player in my life who was not ready. Knee, I’m three times as healthy as him. It’s really bad.”

Ivansevic worked with former Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina earlier this year on a brief spell.
