Cleveland Browns have signed veteran Joe Flacco for the year of the 2025 season

In 2024, senior QB Joe Flacco signed a one-year contract with the Colts. Flacco competed in eight of 17 games and won six games for Indianapolis.

On Friday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Joe Flacco will return for his 18th professional season in 2025. He signed a year-on-year, $4 million deal with the Cleveland Browns.

Joe Flacco will play for the Browns on a one-year contract in 2025

In the 18th pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, the Ravens chose QB Joe Flacco from Deleware. The veteran QB played for Baltimore for 11 seasons and won the game 96-67 in the regular season. Flacco was 10-5 with the Ravens in the playoffs. Including the 2012 Super Bowl victory. After Baltimore's Lamar Jackson appeared, the Ravens abandoned QB Joe Flacco, who signed with the Broncos in the 2018 season.

From 2020-2022, Flacco is a member of the Jets. He played 12 games in New York and played 9 games. From the 2023 season, Joe Flacco is on the couch and has no work. However, Brown is in trouble and needs an experienced QB. They signed Flacco, who scored 4-1 in five games. This is enough to win the comeback player of the year in 2023. The veteran played for the 2024 season for the Indianapolis Colts.

Prior to the 2025 season, Joe Flacco signed a one-year $4 million deal with Cleveland. The Browns also added former first-round draft pick Kenny Pickett to their roster in the offseason. Deshaun Watson is expected to miss the entire 2025 season due to injury. Will Flacco or Pickett be their starter, or will Brown look for QB in the draft? Plus two experienced QBs can point to Cleveland to capture another QB in the April draft.
