Spurs lead the game to sign “world-class” talent of £52m

Tottenham Hotspur’s transfer window has seen that this summer, two players walked into the door in the form of Mohammed Kudus and Joao Palhinha of West Ham and Bayern Munich.

However, new boss Thomas Frank obviously hopes further reinforcements strengthen the team after last night’s UEFA Super Cup final against PSG.

Lily White rushed to the championship’s two-goal lead but couldn’t maintain its excellent early performance – stressing the need to add quality and depth.

His team eventually lost against the Parisian due to penalties, and the board needs to support the 51-year-old on his side during an impressive first half in Italy.

An area of the court is desperate to require reinforcements by the September 1 deadline and work is being completed behind the scenes to achieve one of its main goals.

Spurs sign Eberechi Eze alternative on trade

In recent days, the Spurs have been signing a deal with Como star Nico Paz after his impressive breakout season for Serie A outfit in Italy.

Lilywhites reportedly has a 20-year-old hierarchy that scored 14 goals last season, but this summer any deal could cost them more than £60 million.

However, according to a Spanish media outlet, he is not the only player to pursue in this field, and Barcelona star Dani Olmo is another option for Frank’s team.

They claim Frank is currently leading the Spaniard’s signature competition, despite Saudi Arabia’s interest in the 27-year-old’s signature.

They also noted that the Laliga Giants were ready to unload attacking midfielders before the window ended, but are currently requiring fees in the €60 million (£52 million) area.

Why the Spurs’ latest goal is better than Eze

To strengthen the team’s attempt, the Spurs once again traded with Crystal Palace for Eberechi Eze in the next few weeks.

Eberechi Eze of Crystal Palace

He has been on the radar before during his current windows, especially considering the £60 million issue clause currently in the Selhurst Park contract.

Frank’s team is not the club currently participating in his signature, and North London rival Arsenal is also battling the 27-year-old signature.

Given his record of 16 combined goals and assists in the top England matches last season, it is undeniable that he will be the first choice for the tenth position of supporters.

But, given the interest of Eze from elsewhere, it is no surprise to see other options, Olmo is undoubtedly one of the best choices for Lilywhites.

When comparing his data with the statistics of the Palace Stars on recent campaigns, the Spaniard managed to outperform him in key areas, which could make him a better addition to the transfer deadline.

Olmo was labeled “world-class” by Transfermarkt’s Stefan Bienkowski, who aimed to be better goals and assistance while also digging more efforts to the goals – which then offered a more consistent threat in the last third.

He also earned a 90-point improvement vote and a final third of passes, providing a more creative influence in the tenth character around Frank.

The former RB Leipzig star’s dominance over Eze further emphasizes his success rate, allowing him to click the ball in a dangerous area with one hand before having the tools to complete his run – as can be seen from the above statistics.

It would be another major investment from the board, but it is clear that the Spurs will make themselves the top talent they aspire to in such a department.

Eze will be a great choice for the Premier League, but ultimately, if the club becomes a consistent championship contender, they will need elite signings – Olmo will obviously offer this summer.
