It’s not an easy summer for Tottenham Hotspur, and things have gotten worse over the past 48 hours.
James Maddison seemed to have suffered a very serious injury in the weekend’s 1-1 draw against Newcastle in South Korea. The England International was very uncomfortable with a contactless injury on his knee, a feeling that could be a recurrence of the problem, ending his 2024-25 season early.
Tottenham enters James Madison’s replacement market
According to football insiders, Mick Brown revealed that Tottenham has entered the market to sign Madison’s replacement, who is expected to face a long spell outside the court.
“Tottenham will be forced into the market. James Maddison is a big player for Tottenham and Thomas Frank, so they will need someone who can come in and do the job. Seeing a player will be hurt like this, especially before the season. Especially in the season. It will be a big blow to Tottenham but it will cost him, but they will work hard to replace the substitute.

The white man who missed Gibbs has become a painful pill for Tottenham to swallow, but since Maddison was hit by a serious injury, it was even worse. Considering that Thomas Frank’s squad already requires additional additions, they have to work quickly to replace.
