San Diego Seagulls sign forward Carl Burke A one-year contract with the American Hockey League.

Burke played 277 AHL games in five seasons with Henderson and Colorado, scoring 56 goals and 76 assists and 132 points. He also scored 3 goals and 7 assists in 17 playoff games.
The Boxboro, Massachusetts-born player has played in 10 NHL games in Colorado, Carolina and Vegas, scoring a goal.
