Tottenham Hotspur gets green light for hijack Chelsea deal for £50m after Eze Blow

Tottenham Hotspur is still looking for new offensive options in the market, with Chairman Daniel Levy under increasing delivery pressure.

In this window alone, the Spurs suffered a second time this week’s big public humiliation, and despite the soon-to-be-close of the deal, he missed another asterisk.

Earlier in the summer, Morgan Gibbs-White was actually seen as the new Tottenham player, when news broke out on his July Medical just because Nottingham Forest blocked a £60m transfer in a way that had never been seen before.

Not only did Evangelos Marinakis threaten legal action, the Spurs allegedly had illegally obtained information about Gibbs-White’s “confidential” release clause, but also managed to stagnate the deal to convince the 25-year-old to sign a new contract.

To be fair, this kind of thing will almost never happen in football, and almost no one can predict it.

But, as far as Eze is concerned, the matter is simpler – Tottenham is hijacked by their northern London rivals.

Despite agreeing to the personal terms and financial status of the deal with the palace, the talks were long enough to dive in the last second and convince their childhood supporters to join Mikel Arteta – and Kai Havertz’s injury led them to act immediately.

“Understanding the Spurs agreed to the terms of the Palace today and agreed with Eze. The player is ready to come to Tottenham Hotspur.

“Then Arsenal came late this afternoon – also agreed to the terms of the palace – due to his contact with them, the player chose Arsenal.”

It was reportedly a blow for manager Thomas Frank, and Dane reportedly believed that Tottenham Hotspur would need two 10 seconds after James Maddison’s ACL burst.

Last month, the Spurs planned to take the perfectly suitable Madison and Gibbs-whites to 2025/2026, but Frank is neither available.

Eze isn’t at the table now either, meaning Levy does end up challenging the Champions League and Premier League titles against Tottenham, and he has to make a serious transfer statement.

Tottenham gets green light to hijack Chelsea deal Alejandro Garnacho

While his natural position isn’t the 10th position, Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho can play there whenever he needs it.

The Spurs are also following a broad player to replace club legend son Heung-Min, the Argentinian will hook both boxes, a versatile offensive gem that has scored 11 excellent goals and 10 assists in all games last semester.

Garnacho

Garnacho’s public influence with Ruben Amorim put him on the for-sale list, and Chelsea reliably believed that Chelsea reliably pushed the 21-year-old into talks after agreeing to personal terms.

West Londoners are bargaining, and to avoid cheap sales forced to bid with no other suitors, Manchester United offered Tottenham a “green light” to move to Garnacho, according to Givemesport.

The Red Devils hope that the Spurs will come in so they can go up at Garnacho’s price and trigger a bidding war, and Frank’s side has made some contacts through intermediaries to assess the trading conditions of this window.

This may be a concern, as the “real deal” attacker, worth about £50m, is one of the smartest young stars in the Premier League and may be suitable for the Spurs.
