Freshly emerged from a cameo in “Happy Gilmore 2” and released his 50 videos alongside Happy Gilmore himself, Adam Sandler, DeChambeau made another sensation this week. But this time he might want to come back. A viral videotape complained to LIV officials about negative accomplices at the recent LIV tournament in England.

This is what you need to know.

Liv Golf UK’s Bryson Bemoans Negative Fans

Bryson DeChambeau brought together a considerable no-see result last week’s Liv Golf UK after a spectacular comeback performance at the 2025 Open Championships at Royal Porthush in 2025.

In Prothush, DeChambeau recovered from a disastrous start of 78, completing the T10 with a 9-under-9-under-the-final 64 rounds.

At Liv Golf UK, UK, performing at JCB Golf Country Club in Rochester, England, two-time U.S. Open champions completed T11. So far, he has completed eight T11 or higher in the 10 LIV events so far in 2025, including a victory at Liv Golf South Korea in May.

DeChambeau’s Crushers GC completed T4 at JCB Golf and Country Club.

But, in his round in England, a fan was frustrated among the league’s biggest star.

In the video originally posted on tiktok by @amzmel93 and reposted by @nunnunnunnunnunnunnunnunnunnuclgolf X account, Dechambeau can be seen walking near the bystander area after shooting. Midway through, he approached an unknown LIV official with his back facing the camera and complained about some of the negative comments he heard in the course.

DeChambeau began, “I love that joke, but they can’t say miss it, they can’t say miss it, miss it, miss it.”

It is not clear which specific incidents caused the anger of DeChambeau, who continued to walk without receiving a voice from LIV officials after releasing the complaint.

DeChambeau and 2025 Ryder Cup

DeChambeau held a full schedule in August as the 2025 season ended.

At the end of the month, the remaining two regular tournaments have left team champions at Liv Golf Michigan, with DeChambeau and his team participating in the season-long championship.

Bryson is currently ranked third in the LIV individual standings, behind Joaquin Niemann and Jon Rahm. His crusher GC team was second only to Ram’s Legion XIII team.

Once the LIV season is over, DeChambeau’s schedule: Bethpage Black’s 2025 Ryder Cup.

DeChambeau, fifth in the US Ryder Cup, is the team’s lockdown and is expected to bear a lot of weight in the biennial game.

In the Open Championship game, Bryson talked about the impact he planned to have on the Bethpage U.S. team.

“I wish I could bring a lot of energy…” he said in the Royal Portrait. “There is also a tsunami of people who will cheer for Team USA.”

Given the expected lively family crowds at Bethpage, DeChambeau doesn’t have to worry about negative comments from the heckling players and fans as Americans compete in the dominant champions of Europe. However, New York fans are notorious when they don’t perform because they have to perform, so he must do a great job of avoiding any criticism at the Ryder Cup.
