However, the report claims that the player has notified his friend that he wants to play for Aston Villa. How the situation will develop remains to be seen. This development will certainly be a blow to Newcastle, who hopes to improve the offensive department. They missed multiple goals this summer, and it remains to be seen whether necessary additions can be introduced before windows are closed.
Newcastle needs a quality striker
Newcastle is also keen on signing Goncalo Ramos and Yoane Wissa. It would be fun to see who they are with. They may lose Alexander Isak this summer and they need to replace Swedish International correctly. He made it clear that he wanted to leave the club and join Liverpool this summer.
