At this point, the PGA Tour professionals are in the main season. Even if they don't play professionally like this week, it will have an impact on the next four major events in golf.
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler and veteran Jordan Spieth are of course one of the guys who play CJ Byron Nelson in the CJ Cup, Quail Hollow and the 2025 PGA champion on the one hand. They are both looking for their first win at TPC Craig Ranch in 2025.
After kicking out of the Thursday afternoon wave, Schefler and Spieth’s group will stand out in the Friday morning wave.
Scheffler and Spieth will join Si Woo Kim on the second round of Friday starting at 8:23 a.m. ET.
