This is how much money each player made

Adam Schenk knows the stakes.

After a poor 2025 season, the 33-year-old has just two weeks left to find a way into the top 100 of the fall FedExCup rankings to retain his eligibility.

“I know if I don’t do this, if I don’t finish in the top 100, I’m going to have to go to Q-school, so that’s a pretty big motivation,” Schenck said after the third round of the 2025 Butterfield Bermuda Championship.

Schenk opened with a 69 at Port Royal Golf Links and followed with rounds of 65 and 67 to share the 54-hole lead with Braden Thornberry. Schenck had just two top-10 finishes during the FedExCup season and missed the final six cuts, finishing in 133rd place. Schenk made the cut for the first time in the fall season but did not finish in the top 20. He arrived in Bermuda 134th in the standings. His PGA Tour card was on life support in two weeks.

But Schenck braved the Bermuda winds and prepared himself in Bermuda on Sunday to win his first career PGA Tour title and the two-year exemption that comes with it.

Sunday will be a tough day for Schenck. Crossing the finish line on the PGA Tour is never easy. It’s even harder when you first try to do it.

However, while Thornberry and other contenders struggled in windy conditions, Schenck started the day with a birdie and 13 par to take a two-shot lead with four holes to play. Schenck bogeyed the 15th but steadied himself with pars of 16 and 17 to take a one-shot lead heading into the 18th hole. Schenk’s tee shot split the fairway, but his shot went over the green and onto the back edge. He pulled the putter and rolled his third shot down the hill, but failed, allowing himself to hit a nervous shot to five feet for the win. It’s fitting that the club that was once his biggest Achilles’ heel must deliver him a victory.

Schenk looked at the putt, took a deep breath, and rolled the ball into the center of the cup. A powerful fist pump ensues.

“I’ve putts for PGA Tour wins in my barn a lot of times,” Schenck told Golf Channel on the green after the victory. “I could actually do it again — I’ve done it twice at Schwab — but seeing a guy go in is something I’ll never forget.”

With the win, Schenk received a two-year exemption, a spot in the Players Championship, a spot in the PGA Championship and a $1.08 million winner’s check.
