The Rays announced major changes to their 40-man roster today as they begin the offseason. right-handed Alex Fedor and outfielders Stuart Fairchild Both were activated from the 60-day injured list and designated for assignment, with the right-hander Cole Wilcox, Caleb Baushley, Joey Gerberand Garrett Acton They are also assigned tasks.
