The Golf Trust has launched a fundraising program in 2025, and more and more.
A team of 12 amateur golfers will play 18 rounds of golf in five countries in just six days this June, all with an ambitious goal of raising £80,000 to buy 3 new Paragolfer all-round wheelchairs.
The new project builds on the success of Project 24, which raised enough funds to purchase 2 Mrs. Paragor used in the Walmley Golf Club and Roehampton Club in England.
The ambition is to place 3 new machines in parts of the UK where there are currently no local use of these professional vehicles, which enables people with disabilities to play golf.
The demand for these machines has grown significantly over the past few years, as awareness of the positive impact of paratroopers on physical and mental health.

“Six years later, there are now 10 Paragolfers that are publicly used and free to access, but we still need more. We want the industry and golfers to lag behind us so we can show what happens when we all give the extra mile.”
The team will set out from the Golf Trust’s home on June 16 and end their journey at the home of St Andrews Golf 6 days later.
In the process, the team will participate in different types of golf courses, highlighting the accessibility and affordability of golf.
They will also meet with locals and communities in the process who have experienced the positive impact of golf and share their stories through social media and documentaries.
