Phillies announce infielder Rafael Lantigua Has been transferred directly to Triple-A Lehigh Valley and will become a free agent. right-handed Zach Wheeler and Daniel Robert Has returned from the 60-day injured list. Philadelphia’s 40-man roster currently stands at 30 players.
