Real Madrid home, third kit leaked on 2025/26

Real Madrid is preparing for a reset after the turbulent 2024/25 campaign – their new suite in the upcoming season could be a visual marker for that new chapter.
Los Blancos has not been on multiple fronts in the past season. Barcelona snatched the La Liga title and beat Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup and Cup finals. In Europe, the Champions League dream suddenly beat Arsenal in a miserable quarter-final.
With major changes in the horizon, including expected arrivals from Xabi Alonso, such as high-profile signings such as Trent Alexander-Arnold and Dean Huijsen – Madrid fans have reason to be optimistic again.
And, if the latest leaks can be believed, they will also see their team come with three compelling new toolkits.
Images leaked on social media reveal the design of Real Madrid homes, objects and third kits for the 2025/26 season. Made by Adidas, the collection blends modern style with nostalgic nods from the iconic era in the club’s history.
This family shirt is Madrid tradition with a clear white base, but introduces stylish yellow highlights and light grey accents for a subtle modern touch. The black logo and bright yellow stripes extend from each side add contrast and talent.
Appearance, according to Footsteps headlinesdraws inspiration from the 2009/10 season – Cristiano Ronaldo's first match in Madrid and the 2015/16 Champions League campaign.
The Away kit is bold navy blue with silver logo and light volt details. The color palette is reminiscent of the 2012/13 season, while adidas' modern Tiro 25 templates and retro-style collars also offer stylish, updated silhouettes.
Perhaps the most striking of these three kits is the third one: a vibrant bright blue shirt with faint diagonal stripes and jagged shoulder details. It leans entirely toward the retro realm, swapping the usual adidas performance logo for the classic clover logo, a reward from the brand's toolkit in the 1980s and early 90s.
Although Real Madrid has not confirmed the design yet, the leaked image has caused a buzz from supporters – and shows a new sense of identity as the club hopes to rebound stronger next season.
New manager, new signature, now a new toolkit. If the leak is accurate, Madrid may look like when chasing redemption in 2025/26.
