More than 80% of tickets were purchased before the game started and the semifinals were sold out on Saturday.
“These two tournaments have different personalities and we want to make sure that women’s activities have their own identities,” Robson told BBC 5 Live.
“From the ticket sales, we noticed that 55% of the tickets were sold to women this week. That’s not the case next week.
“We’ve seen a young, more diverse audience in the crowd, and it’s something we hope to grow in many years to come. It feels like the beginning of something special.”
Attracting the biggest players is an ongoing challenge. After the French Open, the Queen’s match took place directly, and in the end only three top 10 players participated in the game, and Jessica Pegula, the third-ranked world leader, was late.
The total fund this week was £1.043 million ($1.415 million), while the man’s £2.122 billion (€2.522 billion). LTA has promised to launch the same bonus by 2029.
As for the courts, they did show signs of wear after a week of action, but that was predictable. Tennis correspondent Russell Fuller compared them to Wimbledon’s “Day 3 or 4.”
“I can’t actually believe how they performed,” Robson said. “It still looks very primitive.
“The ground staff did an incredible job and put some time into it.
“So far, the ATP participants on site have not complained, and this has continued for a long time.”
Britain’s Dan Evans continued to arrive at the scene during the match, saying the women’s event held in the men’s game caused a better buzz around the venue.
Eventually, having independent women’s activities has given female players a strong focus as the British public begins to shift their attention to Wimbledon.
Boulter added: “I think this is a very good opportunity for women’s tennis.”
“It’s a huge timeline change and it can be risky because we determined it in our own way.
“I think it should be in one place – it is pushing more and more to where it is possible.”
