Newcastle United once again use 2025/26 remote kit green

Newcastle United has unveiled their new guest kit for the 2025/26 season – Green is back on the menu.

After last season’s fuchsia and blue stripes, Hipies returned to bold green colors, quickly becoming an iconic look in their post-fishing era.

The shirt is carefully designed by Adidas, inspired by its comprehensive tone, inspired by the enormous arches of the Tyne Bridge, a symbol of the city’s pride. White details on the collar, cuffs and brand keep the situation clean, while the V-neck design at the back of the neck and the subtle “NUFC” signature add a clear touch.

The complete kit is finished in white shorts, marked with three stripes of Adidas’ signature and matches the green socks with a small hippie peak on it.

Speaking about the launch, club captain Bruno Guimarães said: “I think this new kit looks great – I love all the kits this season. I’m sure our fans will love them too because they represent who we are and what it means to wear the Newcastle United badge.”

While Green occasionally appears in the Newcastle suite of the past, its prominence in recent years (including the full green zone in 2022/23) reflects a new chapter in the club.

Many have compared the colors of the Saudi Arabian national team, which may be a nod to the club’s current ownership group.

Still, since the takeover, as the team thrives on the court, most fans will agree-if victory keeps coming, they won’t mind what color the shirt is.
