1. Scott performs MRI:
In defeating the twins last night, Tanner Scott He quit the game after he felt manager Dave Roberts describe it as a “sting” in his forearm. Roberts told reporters (including Bill Prenkat of the Orange County Register) that Scott will take the MRI exam today, but because of the issue, he believes it is a trip to the injured list “It’s very likely.” Scott celebrated his 31st birthday today, saving 19 ERA in his first season as Dodgers. In the winter, he signed a 72mm free agent deal with the club. It’s a pretty disappointing first year in Los Angeles, but if Scott wasted a lot of time due to this forearm issue, it would only intensify demand for bullpens in the last few days ahead of the July 31 trade deadline. The Dodgers have researched some of the highest names in the Niutai market this summer.
2. The brewer’s winning streak continues:
The winemakers surged incredible spikes at the top of the NL Central Division as they beat the Mariners 6-0 one night, while the previously leading Cubs surrendered 12 times in a clumsy game against the Royals. The 11th straight win (combined with Chicago’s defeat) not only gave the brewery a first-place finish for the first time in the whole season – it gave them the best record of all baseball. They hope to continue this dominant game in Seattle tonight, when the rookie Jacob Mosrowski (Five starts at 2.81 ERA) Contrast the mound against the sailor ace Logan Gilbert (12 starts at 3.39 ERA) 6:40 pm local time.
