Shortstop Nick Ahmed The team announced that it has chosen to be a free agent instead of taking direct missions from the Rangers Triple A branch. Texas designated Ahmed to take on the mission earlier this week.

The 35-year-old Ahmed may choose to re-sign with Texas again once he signs in to the market, or he can seek another opportunity with the new club. Anyway, Ahmed could sign an autograph in another minor league deal, both likely to win the deep role of gloves first.
