Red Army Complete Randy Wynn – MLB Trade Rumors

The Red Army sent right-handed Randy Wynn According to his transaction tracker on MLB.com, directly with Triple-A Louisville. He was drafted earlier this week, but there was no indication that he had been removed from the 40-man roster, so that seemed to reduce the club's number to 39.
Wynne, 32, was selected to be the club's roster on Sunday. Hunter Green Only three innings lasted Saturday, forcing the bullpen to sprinkle five frames in road losses. Wynne gave them a fresh arm on Sunday, and the Reds planned to do a bullpen game. They continued to win 24-2 and Wynne entered the final three innings. He allowed three strikes and walks, and hit three games at the same time.
After throwing those three innings, he might not be able to use it for a few days, so the Reds chose him back to Louisville. It seems that they also quietly gave up his immunity and passed the unclaimed. This is his second profession, which gives him the right to elect a free agent, although it is not clear whether he will do so. The Reds basically did the same thing in 2023, getting him on an outing before getting him off the list.
Now, he has 5 1/3 of the innings in two major league appearances, with an average running rate of 3.38. His history goes back to the start of the 2021 season, throwing 406 2/3 minor league innings with a 4.91 ERA, a strikeout rate of 15.4% and a 5.2% walking rate.
