NBA 2K26 has released its latest ratings update, with several rising stars making headway after recent strong performances. The changes reflect actual productivity across the league, with the biggest increases coming from Donovan Mitchell, Cade Cunningham and Jalen Johnson.
Mitchell OVR reaches new high of 94
Donovan Mitchell continues to provide elite scoring for the Cleveland Cavaliers. His most recent stretch lifted his OVR to 94, up one point. Mitchell averaged 32.1 points, 6.6 rebounds and 6.4 assists over the past two weeks. Those numbers are in line with the best pace of his career, and the current game reflects that surge.
Cleveland sees more changes in this update. Jarrett Allen’s OVR climbed to 85, while Evan Mobley dropped one point to 88. De’Andre Hunter, Jaylon Tyson and others have also improved.
Cunningham climbs after recording triple-double
Cade Cunningham also went up one point with an OVR of 93. After his jump, he had a triple-double: 46 points, 12 rebounds, 11 assists, 5 steals and 2 blocks. At only 24 years old, he is still on the rise.
Detroit has received several upgrades. OVR rose to 87 after Jalen Duren went up 3 points. Denniss Jenkins had the biggest improvement for the Pistons, rising nine points to 79 OVR.
Jaylen Johnson continues breakout surge
Jaren Johnson’s stock is rising faster than almost anyone in the league. When it first launched, he barely cracked the top 100 players list. Since then, he has moved up 4 points and gained 2 more points in this update. He currently has an OVR of 87 in Atlanta. With Trae Young gone, Johnson has stepped into a larger role, and 2K has rewarded that growth.
Young Eagles teammate Kon Knueppel also jumped to 82 OVR after a three-point improvement.
A noted promoter of the entire league
Devin Booker moved up to 93 OVR, Tyrese Maxey hit 90 OVR, and Paolo Banchero dropped one point to 89. Lauri Markkanen moved up to 88 OVR, and Brandon Ingram and Scottie Barnes both improved.
Rookies and role players also saw big shifts. Grayson Allen is up 4 points to 82 OVR, Derik Queen is up 6 points to 80 OVR, and Brandon Williams is up 4 points to 77 OVR.
