Steve Mitchell wins Sussex Amateur Championship – Golf News

Cowdray member Steve Mitchell was crowned the Sussex Amateur Championship in 2025 after winning the Sussex Amateur Championship at Cowdray Golf Club.

Steve Mitchell defeated Cowdray member Oscar White and despite the tough weather, the final was held on Sunday. After the match, Steve ranked 4th in the match after the showers and thunder delays.

The event began with the 36-hole stroke play qualifier on July 4Thon the weekend, the top 16 players were promoted to the knockout stage of the game.
