United are interested in signing Brentford attacker Bryan Mbeumo at the end of the season, who proposed signing him.
According to Fichajes, they submitted a £55 million offer to sign the 25-year-old Cameroon International.
He is undoubtedly one of the best attackers in the Premier League and he has been excellent with the Bees this season. Arsenal is also keen on players.

The attacker contributed 28 goals in all games and could prove to be an excellent acquisition by Manchester United. They need to upgrade players like Anthony, Jaden Sancho and Marcus Rashford. All three players are currently on loan and are expected to leave the club permanently.
Manchester United needs a wide range of players who can achieve their goals and creativity regularly. Mbeumo will be attracted by the idea of joining a large club, a move that may be ideal for all parties. It would be fun to see if United can convince Brentford to sell players.
They may also face competition from clubs such as Newcastle United.
Players may desire new challenges
Mbeumo has received high praise nationwide, with Brentford manager Thomas Frank recently tagging him as an “incredible” player. Whether they are ready to sell key players in the summer remains to be seen.
Mbeumo will certainly be drawn to the idea of joining a bigger club and he will want to fight for the trophy. This could be the right time for him to make a change and face new challenges.
Manchester United is one of the largest clubs in the world and the opportunity to join them will be hard to refuse. How things will go in the next few weeks remains to be seen.
