Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler has spoken about the club’s star player and Manchester United transfer target Carlos Baleba.
The talented 21-year-old has been impressed by Brighton’s midfield recently, and it seems that he must be the latest news for the Seagulls’ mass sales.
United are pursuing Baalba, but it seems Herzeller is currently confident that the Cameroon international will stay where he is for the time being.

As Romano’s post quoted, Hurzeler said: “My very, very confident Baleba will stay with us.”
Can Manchester United sign Brighton’s Carlos Baliba?
It will be interesting to see how the legend develops, but the current signs suggest that United will continue to work for the exciting young defensive midfielder.

Brighton tends to end up selling their stars
Brighton doesn’t want to be pushed, but we know their models tend to involve players who end up making money, often for big money.
According to a report from the BBC Sport at the time, Moises Caideo was their best sales to Chelsea.
Baleba is a similar talent, so if United can’t close the deal quickly, it will soon be a competition for him.
Brighton fans will certainly hope they can get at least one season from Baleba before they can get the inevitable big move.
