Leeds competitor signs ‘Extraordinary’ star £17m
Leeds United officially confirmed that German midfielder Anton Stach Hoffenheim, from the Bundesliga, recently arrived on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-4 executor became the club’s sixth signing for the summer transfer window after Sean Longstaff, Gabriel Gudmundsson, Jaka Bijol, Lukas Nmecha and Sebastiaan Bornauw.
Stach, 26, had 3.7 tackles and interceptions per game last season in the Bundesliga, but joined in the swollen midfielder with Ethan Ampadu, Ilia Gruev, Ao Tanaka, Ao Tanaka and Longstaff.
This means he hasn’t come as an essential signing, although he’s likely to continue to have great success, which is why the club’s interest in new goalkeepers may be a better signing.
Leeds Competition Signs New Goalkeeper
It’s no secret after Illan Meslier finished last season, after Leeds finished the club, after XG-based expectations exceeded expectations by 2.73 goals and made three mistakes that directly resulted in goals.
According to TeamTalk’s pass, Het Laatste Nieuws said Leeds United are looking at a potential swing to sign the goalkeeper Senne Lammens of Royal Antwerp this summer.
The report claims the champions have become serious contenders, who have signed the 23-year-old shooter to support Daniel Farke’s team next season.
However, it added that Manchester United is also interested in Belgian stars, whose clubs are as high as £17m, meaning there could be significant competition for his signature.
Why Senne Lammens Will Be Leeds’ Big Signature
Lammens will be better than the signing of Leeds as he will come to the club’s current position of desperately lacking quality with a huge upgrade.
The latest white signature is part of a healthy high-quality midfielder selection, meaning he can’t guarantee he’s a regular starter, but the Belgian goalkeeper will be directly on board with Farke’s best goalkeeper.
Lammens saved four of eight free throws he faced in the professional league last season, and he made a great performance for Royal Antwerp in the 2024/25 campaign, which could be a stunning signing for the club.

As you can see in the table above, if the Belgian goalkeeper is able to carry his form into the UK football game, the Belgian goalkeeper will be an incredible upgrade as he prevents XG-based XG’s ridiculous 15.57 goals.
These statistics show that Lammens’ shooting numbers are called “Extraordinary” by Statman Dave, which will be a huge positive between Leeds’ sticks, as goalkeepers, can make the game changer to keep the game in scope.
Although Meslier lowered Leeds many times with inconsistent shot scores, it led him to admit that based on the quality of the shots against him, the average goalkeeper was expected.
As a result, Lammens will make a massive escalation of the Whites’ current target, which he will arrive as a far-reaching signing that will be avoided immediately from the Premier League’s immediate relegation.

Leeds United are still interested in a deal to sign a star who can pack Jack Harrison this summer.
That’s why Real Antwerp’s plug will sign better than the white guys this summer as he will solve the club’s problem position while midfielders compete in a region of the court, and Farke has a high quality.
